Contrary to repeated official statements of its absence, the universal concept and definition of unreduced dynamic complexity of real systems (rather than any abstract "models") has been elaborated a decade ago [1] and its practical efficiency has been extensively confirmed by a variety of applications [2], from elementary particles to genomics and science of consciousness:
(1) Complex dynamics of autonomic, intelligent, knowledge-based communication networks and other ICT/AI structures; ways of their provably efficient realisation [3]
(2) Dynamically emerging intelligence and consciousness as well-specified levels of unreduced dynamic complexity; applications to various realisations of natural and artificial (machine) consciousness and intelligence [4]
(3) Irreducibly complex, chaotic dynamics in real nanosystems of natural and artificial origin (e.g. nano-devices, quantum devices, bio-chemical interaction networks, genome interaction dynamics) [5]
(4) Creative (interactional) genomics [6]
(5) Consistent, complex-dynamical solution of general biological problems of evolution (qualitatively new form emergence) and essential life properties (autonomous dynamic adaptability, élan vital, development, etc.); application to creation of qualitatively new, integral medicine framework (complete understanding and control of unreduced complex, multivalued dynamics of each organism) [7]
(6) Causally complete analysis of real ecological systems, both local and global, with the resulting advice about their development; rigorously substantiated, genuine sustainability and ways of its practical realisation [8]
(7) Unreduced complex (multivalued) dynamics and progressive development of local and global social systems; realistic transition to knowledge-based society [8]
(8) Rigorous analysis of science as a complex-dynamical system and practically oriented conclusions about the new, provably efficient science organisation, content, communication, and social involvement [9]
(9) Causally complete, intrinsically unified fundamental physics without supernatural mysteries, tricky postulates, dark matters and hidden dimensions [1,10a-10b,11,12,13,14,15]
The obtained progress is based on a clearly specified qualitative extension of usual perturbative or exact-solution “models” to the intrinsically complete solution of unreduced interaction problem describing real-system dynamics. This extended – and now truly exact! – mathematical framework, the new mathematics of complexity, describes the world as unified, self-developing diversity of a single structure, dynamically probabilistic fractal, obeying the unified law of the universal symmetry (or conservation) of complexity, which is the unified causal extension of all (correct) laws and “principles” [1,2,15].
